How do I take care of my Bristol China Company tea sets and tableware? Is everything dishwasher and microwave-proof?
All of our items can go in the dishwasher and microwave safely with no ill effects. Patterns might fade very slightly over the years and decades though, so if you want to make absolutely sure to keep them bright and good-as-new, washing them by hand in warm, soapy water is always best.
Do prices include Postage & Packing?
All orders within UK mainland over £15.00 are free post and packing or £3.99 usually dispatched within 7-14 working days(unless otherwise stated). Every product is made to order by hand within our studio workshop, so it is difficult to have an exact delivery time frame.

Uk and International Delivery
For orders outside of the UK, your delivery options will be dependent on the weight of your order. Once you have placed your order, your shipping will be calculated using your address on final invoice. For orders over 2kg, the shipping cost will be calculated on your shopping cart.

Import Duties
If you order is for delivery outside the UK, you will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the destination. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
What happens if my item/s arrive broken? Will you replace them?
We have many years of experience with bubble-wrapping and packing, so we get very, very few breakages in transit. In the unlikely event that your item arrives not intact please email us at bristolchina@btinternet.com with a photo of the damaged product and we will arrange a speedy replacement.

Of course! We know that our customers are often ordering gifts for friends, family and loved ones, so we will always do our best to arrange delivery as soon as possible. Just let us know when ordering if you need a rush service and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
